Key Responsibilities * Plan and conduct age-appropriate, play-based learning activities. * Develop children’s language, cognitive, social, emotional, and motor skills. * Create engaging teaching-learning resources and classroom activities. * Maintain a positive, inclusive, and child-friendly classroom environment. * Observe and document children’s learning and developmental progress. * Communicate effectively with parents regarding children’s progress and needs. * Ensure classroom discipline, hygiene, safety, and wellbeing. * Participate actively in school events, celebrations, and co-curricular activities. * Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the overall development of the school. Eligibility & Skills * Graduate with NTT / ECCEd / D.Ed. / equivalent qualification preferred. * Prior experience in Pre-Primary teaching will be an advantage. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Creative, patient, nurturing, and child-centric approach. * Ability to use innovative and activity-based teaching methods. * Basic digital skills will be an added advantage.
