Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, concept-driven Physics lessons aligned with the IGCSE curriculum guidelines for Grades 6 to 10. Practical Learning: Conduct engaging laboratory experiments and practical demonstrations to reinforce theoretical concepts and spark scientific curiosity. Exam Preparation: Thoroughly prepare students for their IGCSE examinations through rigorous solving of past papers, marking scheme analysis, and targeted time-management strategies. Student Assessment: Design regular tests, assignments, and mock exams. Provide timely, constructive, and detailed feedback to track individual student progress. Differentiated Learning: Identify academic gaps in learning and design customized support or enrichment strategies to cater to students with varying learning paces.
Required Qualifications & Skills Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics, Engineering, or an allied field of science. A degree in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed) is an added advantage. Experience: Proven experience teaching the IGCSE/Cambridge curriculum for secondary grades. Deep familiarity with the Core and Extended Physics syllabus is highly preferred. Subject Expertise: Flawless grasp of secondary-level Physics concepts (Mechanics, Thermal Physics, Waves, Electricity & Magnetism, Atomic Physics, and Space Physics). Pedagogy: Ability to leverage modern educational tools, simulations (like PhET), and active learning methodologies. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, with strong classroom management capabilities. Freshers can apply.
