Job Description
We are looking for a Telecaller and Counsellor to handle inquiries, guide potential students, and assist with admissions. The role involves communicating with leads, understanding their requirements, and providing appropriate counselling. Work time: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle calls and convert leads Basic counselling and coordination skills
